  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive a Prepaid Shipping Label: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  4. Drop It Off: Send the package back using the designated shipping carrier.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, we will notify you and discuss possible alternatives.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
